Neil is a leader in our Life Sciences Consulting practice in the UK, serving Korn Ferry clients globally.

He specialises in helping organisations optimize their workforce through transformation – ensuring they have the right people, with the right skills and mindset, in the right place doing the right things, all while controlling costs and aligning with their strategic goals.

Neil has over 20 years consulting experience, focused on the people agenda, with 16 years dedicated to the Life Science and MedTech sectors. His understanding of the full business lifecycle comes from cross-functional experience, including - Commercial, R&D, Medical Affairs, Quality & Compliance, Supply Chain, IT, HR.

Prior to Korn Ferry, he spent nine years in ‘Big Four’ consulting, where he led the People Consulting practice for Life Sciences in the UK, with a global remit across the firm’s most strategic clients.

In this role, Neil worked with clients to address a broad spectrum of business challenges, including Regulatory and digital-driven transformation; operating model change; customer and employee experience improvement; and value realisation from people in M&A.

Neil brings 15 years of consulting leadership to his clients, with a particular passion for Culture, Change and Communications. He believes it’s crtitical to fully address the People impact in every transformation to ensure delivery of successful business outcomes – defining the compelling ‘Why’ to ignite momentum and ultimately inspire a collective movement for change.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing & Communications; Postgraduate in Marketing, and is an APMG Certified Practitioner of Change Management.
