He is responsible for search mandates across the Asia ex-Japan region within the investment management sector. In particular, his focus is on leadership, investment and distribution roles, working with international and regional managers. Beyond search, Nick has also conducted various market intelligence and mapping surveys for market entry, succession planning and diversity initiatives.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Nick spent 10 years working for boutique executive search firms in Hong Kong, having relocated to the city in 2011. His focus throughout that time on investment management working for a variety of clients across multiple asset classes and distribution channels.

He began his career in executive search with a boutique firm in London where he covered European and Asian markets with a focus on trading and sales positions.

Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Philosophy from Cardiff University.
