Nick joined Korn Ferry in 2022 after four years as Managing Director at Advanced Resources where he led a team of over 10 recruiters across the Human Resources and Accounting & Finance search practices. 

Nick is passionate about providing personalized, efficient and candid service to clients and utilizing his broad network to uncover and identify top talent.  Across all his searches, Nick partners with clients to deliver a range of skilled candidates who are authentic, driven and who can demonstrate their impact to the organization. With an innate ability to assess others, he expertly pairs clients and candidates together to form synergistic partnerships.

Throughout his 15-year career as a recruiter, Nick has gained national experience working with a multitude of companies– from small to medium-sized businesses to Fortune 50 organizations, along the way assembling a track record of placements from Manager to C suite.  Across the Midwest, Nick has placed leaders across the HR function in learning & development, total rewards, talent acquisition and generalists.  

Apart from work, Nick and his wife are raising two young children in the suburbs of Chicago, and he enjoys golf and coaching his son’s youth baseball team.
