Mr. Franklin has over 20 years of HR advisory experience in several focus areas. He advises and focuses on the lifecycle of M&A transactions specializing in HR financial and operations due diligence, sign to close execution support and integration/divestiture strategy, planning and execution focusing on rewards, HR service delivery and organization design.
Mr. Franklin has assisted clients with more than 200 corporate transactions including: buy-side due diligence, post-closing integration, sell-side due diligence and divestiture preparation, carve-out separation and stand-alone entity completion.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Franklin worked at EY and Deloitte Consulting focused on M&A HR advisory support for various clients in many industries. Nick also worked for Mercer at the start of his career performing retirement consulting services as a pension actuary.
Mr. Franklin has a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from William Paterson University. He has an enrolled Actuary Certification and is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
