Since joining Korn Ferry in 2021, Niklas has been a member of Korn Ferry’s Executive Pay & Governance team doing rewards consulting, while also doing organizational strategy.

Niklas has worked with clients across various industries and functions on aligning their workforce and executive Total Reward practices with business strategy and stakeholder needs and regulations. Niklas has also advised organizations on job architecture design to optimize their ability to develop professionals, reward them accordingly and conduct strategic workforce planning effectively.

Niklas is truly enthusiastic about delivering the best solutions for client issues. He has an analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and he produces understandable analysis out of large datasets and complex issues.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Niklas worked in one of the largest banks in Finland for +5 years, where he worked daily with various industries and built strong client relationships.

Niklas received his Master of Science and Business Administration degree from the  University of Vaasa, where he majored in Economics and with a minor in Finance and Accounting. The focus of his studies was in labour economics and specially in human capital and its relationship with wages.
