Nya is an SME on the subject of leadership. She was present enough to create opportunities to learn, yet distant enough to let us do the work on our own. She is upbeat and laughed with us to make the 3 days so much fun, yet very determined to assure our understanding of all the materials. She was always spot on and really made us feel heard and validated. --Senior Director, Financial Services
