Olga leads team of Project Managers, who support KF Clients across DACH region. She is responsible for Talent Acquisition delivery Recruitment Strategy, Continuous Improvement, Project implementation & management. She is partnering closely with senior stakeholders to achieve organizational talent goals.

In her previous experience in Korn Ferry Olga acted as Head of Talent Delivery Center and Service Delivery Manager in Poland. She was responsible for Korn Ferry RPO operations and client management. As Head of TDC she leaded team of Service Delivery Managers, Team Leaders, and other corporation functions, who supported KF Clients across EMEA. She was responsible for Recruitment Strategy, Continuous Improvement, HR & Optimalisation.

As a Service Delivery Manager, she delivered recruitment service for over 20 clients with teams sized over 40 (Recruiters, Sourcers and Recruitment Coordinators). At the same time, she handled role of Project Manager for global IT Company. Accountable for all recruitment processes conducted in the organization. She was cooperating with key stakeholders in order to provide advisory on recruitment strategy, sourcing tools, assessment methods, process efficiency, improvement and optimization.

Prior KF Olga was part of IBM, where she held EMEA Recruitment Business Partner position, responsible for many business areas in Warsaw and Wroclaw. She also took part in setting up IBM in Katowice/Gliwice.

Olga has over 15 years of recruitment experience, which she gained working for RPO, in-house,, recruitment agencies, boutique accounts and on-site. She supported recruitment processes and managed teams accross EMEA.

She has a Masters Degree in Marketing & Management, from University Collage Cork, Ireland.
