Omar Rabi is the Lead Advisor for the Customer Centricity Practice MENA, out of our Dubai, United Arab Emirates office.

Having led global commercial capability transformations from inception to completion for Australia’s most iconic brands, Omar is passionate about thinking in systems and formulating scalable, tech-enabled, solutions to strategic problems.

Omar is respected for bringing a multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving and relentlessly pursues exceptional outcomes for his clients and Korn Ferry. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Omar led the implementation of strategic engagements at Miller Heiman Group, a leading performance consulting firm.

Omar earned his CPA accreditation from CPA Australia, and a Bachelor of Business & Commerce from the University of Western Sydney.
