He is a member of the Top of the House community of Korn Ferry in EMEA, regrouping all Korn Ferry services for Boards and CEOs.

He is also a member of the Global Industrial Market and has deep knowledge in the industrial market, with a primary focus on CEO and Board appointments, as well as proven credentials in assessing senior level leadership teams.

Pascal was formerly the Co-President of EMEA and Managing Director France, and previously the Global Co-Leader of the Financial Officer Practice with a primary focus on Chief Financial Officers of large organizations.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Pascal was a member of the global Industrial Practice and of the Financial Officer Practice at an international executive search firm.

Previously, Pascal worked for the Geodis Group as Managing Director, Road Division, specializing in logistics and transportation.

Earlier in his career, Pascal spent more than ten years at Steelcase Strafor, a European leader in office furniture manufacturing, in general management positions.

Prior to that, he held various CFO roles at Parker Hannifin, Corning, and Alcatel Alsthom.

Pascal graduated from HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales).
