Patricia has 10 plus years experience in organizations transformation including but not limited to, organization and operating model restructuring, technology service transformation, culture change, workforce & HR transformation and large-scale change implementation.

She has worked across multiple public and private accounts.  Her global experience has a focus in large scale change.  Her selected clients are asset management, financial institution, oil & gas, government and public agencies and 1st tier family-owned activities in South-east Asia region.

Patricia holds a Master in Public Policy & Management and Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from the University of Melbourne, Australia.  She also has a Postgraduate Business Certification from Columbia University, New York.
