Ms. Martin has lead succession planning processes, created incubators for potential leaders and supported executives to prepare for upcoming challenges. She has defined and supported the implementation of customized flexible management frameworks, linking the different human resource systems.
Ms. Martin has assisted in the consolidation of executives as a true leadership team, steering organizations towards being more effective businesses. Providing support in the organizational change processes, she defined the parameters that must govern the new organization culture.
Ms. Martin is an experienced consultant with in-depth leadership and talent expertise. Her core experience lies in succession planning, leadership transformation, talent strategy, talent management, capability assessment, competency modeling, facilitation, coaching, career path modeling, and performance management systems.
Ms. Martin has worked across a variety of industries, both in the public and the private sector. She has a great experience working with family-owned businesses.
Since Ms. Martin joined Korn Ferry in 2001, she has had an international career working from our offices in Madrid, Boston, Dubai, and Riyadh.
Ms. Martin holds a degree in business administration from ICADE University, Madrid, Spain and an executive master's of business administration from IE - Instituto de Empresa Business School, Madrid, Spain. She also attended a program for leadership development in team management at Harvard University, Boston, USA.
Ms. Martin is fluent both in Spanish and English.
