He brings over 20 years of experience in the Consumer Goods sector. Patrick has supported leading FMCG clients active in a wide range of categories including beverages, infant nutrition, bakery, meat, dairy, tobacco, processed food and pet food as well retailers and selected suppliers in the functional ingredients, packaging and pooling services space.
Mr. Mannsperger's functional expertise centers around transformation and strategy co-creation, post merger integration, value management (incl. trade terms system optimization), commercial and innovation strategy, digital transformation and growth ecosystem creation as well as organizational optimization.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Patrick served as a managing director and partner for one of the leading global strategy consulting firms. He was leading and contributing to global account relationships. Patrick was a core member of the European consumer leadership team based in the Nordics. This followed his tenure as partner and member of the global consumer and retail leadership team with a strategy consulting firm of European origin. This is where he started his career, working out of Germany serving clients globally.
Patrick has authored several papers on key industry topics and has been a speaker at a number of industry events. He has a Master in economics from the University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim and an MBA from Portland State University.
