Working with CEOs on strategy, CFOs on deploying financial competencies, HR Directors on corporate culture, IT on technology deployment and Sales Executives on going to market in a differentiated way, Paul strives to exceed client expectations with every encounter.
Since 2013, Paul has developed accounts in the Chicago area establishing relationships and a book of business in excess of $22 million in under nine years.
Prior to joining the Patina Team, Paul worked in sales and sales management for 30+ years in roles at IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Xerox and Aarthun Performance Group. Not unlike Patina, each firm was a leader in its respective industry.
Paul has a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse.
