With a passion for technology, he has led senior, multi-discipline search engagements predominantly with consumer technology companies, communications service providers and professional services clients across the Southeast Asia region. He has successfully appointed leaders in both technical and commercial roles and has supported the hiring of their direct reports.

Paul identifies, assesses, attracts and secures high calibre talent from multiple industries to address key business challenges that leaders face such as digitization, customer experience & engagement, change management, product management, strategic pricing, data platforms, data governance & insights, AI/ML strategy, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, culture transformation and post M&A integration.

Paul brings more than twenty years experience. For the past twelve years he has been developing and building trusted client relationships across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he spent eight years at a boutique Executive Search firm based in Singapore.

Building deep relationships across Southeast Asia with both multinational and local clients up to board level, he has successfully completed confidential and hard to fill senior searches at country, regional and global levels.

Paul started his career in the Telecommunications industry in Europe leading commercial teams for Orange and Three UK, before moving into recruitment where he specialised in searches at a mid to senior level in the Telecommunications industry.
