His focus is on supporting the leadership of large Consumer Goods organizations who are intent on transforming their businesses end-to-end. He typically consults on value lead programs that aim to deliver new capabilities, involve significant levels of change and have multiple moving parts spanning operating model, organization, processes and enabling systems. He helps clients to ‘join the dots’ across front office, back office and various functional areas in parallel.

Mr. Condon’s consulting experience spans strategy, design and implementation in areas such as cross functional transformation programs, captive and outsourced Shared Services initiatives, Customer Service & Order to Cash optimization, strategic cost reduction programs and post-merger integration.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he served as a Managing Director at one of the world’s largest global Consulting organizations, most recently leading the Consumer Goods Industry Consulting practice for Belgium and Luxembourg. In this capacity Mr. Condon has worked extensively with world leading companies in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (beverages, food, apparel) and related B2B and B2B2C industries.

He has also held multiple Sales & Marketing and Country leadership positions in the Consumer Goods industry across several geographies in Western and Central Europe.

Mr. Condon holds a first-class honors degree in Business & French from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters in Business from the Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin.

He speaks fluent English, French and Italian.
