Paul Rein is a Principal in the Assessment & Succession consulting practice at Korn Ferry, based in London.
Paul is a business psychologist with over 15 years’ experience working with organisations and individuals to improve their performance and achieve their goals. He is highly experienced in the design and delivery of evidence-based, end-to-end solutions that empower clients to succeed. Paul applies a variety of robust research methods and behavioural science to understand individuals’ capabilities, drivers, and future potential.
Specialising in the areas of selection and assessment, employee engagement, and leadership development, he also has a passion for DE&I and is proud to have won an industry award in this area. Paul values trust, honesty, and respect in his relations with clients, and strives to deliver high-quality and impactful results.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Paul has worked for leading psychometric test publishers and developers as well as boutique leadership consulting firms.
With experience working across a range of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, Paul has cross-sector and industry knowledge spanning finance, construction, legal, retail, and energy.
Paul has Masters in Psychology from the University of St Andrews, and a Masters in Organisational Psychology from City University, London.
Paul is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Association of Business Psychologists. He holds certification in a wide range of psychometric instruments and is a registered BPS Test User for personality and ability.
