Coming from a background in targeted boutique search and consulting, Mr. Stephan brings over seven years of Life Sciences recruitment and client management experience. His talent delivery experience has ranged from global, Fortune 500-level to small, start-up biotech companies.

Mr. Stephan’s specific areas of expertise and network include Senior Management, Marketing, Communications, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Affairs and Physician Medical Leadership.

Mr. Stephan earned his Bachelor’s degree in History and German from Indiana University and is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
