His extensive experience allows him to deliver tailored solutions that address the unique needs of diverse organisations.

Holding an MSc in Occupational Psychology and being a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Pete employs an evidence-based approach to consulting. He partners with clients to co-create solutions that precisely target their specific challenges and objectives. Pete is also a published author of ‘The Better Human Blueprint’ and a keynote speaker.
