Mr. Johnson specializes in developing integrated human resources strategies and reward strategies that enable clients to deliver more strategic contributions. He helps organizations work more effectively by developing business focused solutions from across Korn Ferry's service lines.

Mr. Johnson consults with a wide range of private and public sector organizations. His background in manufacturing has led to significant engagements in the automotive, aerospace, and high-tech sector. Mr. Johnson works extensively with crown corporations and the broader public sector, particularly in the areas of reward strategies, organization design, and senior level talent management.

With nearly 30 years experience with Korn Ferry, Mr. Johnson has the capability to work across all areas of Korn Ferry's business. His strength is in understanding people, work, and organizations, enabling him to customize solutions to fit both the client's business models and culture.

Mr. Johnson is the global leader for expertise areas that include work design and work measurement, including Korn Ferry's flagship job evaluation methodologies. His publications include: Identifying Performance Objectives that Motivate; Developing Dual Career Tracks, and The Art and Science of Grade Structure Design. He also authored Korn Ferry's response to various government task forces on Equal Pay for work of Equal Value.

Mr. Johnson holds a bachelor of arts degree (honors) in economics and a masters degree in operations research from the University of Cambridge, England.

He is a chartered management consultant and a member of the Institute of Personnel Management and holds a Chartered Management Accountant qualification.
