Philippe joined Korn Ferry following 15 years of Senior Corporate HR and Talent Acquisition roles at the Alshaya Group, a leading multi-regional retail conglomerate operating over 90 global brands and 4,500 stores including Starbucks and H&M across the Middle East, North Africa, Central & Easter Europe and Turkey and managing over 65,000 employees in 19 countries

He has a track record of delivering many Senior Talent Acquisitions, as well as managing complex large-scale HR Transformation corporate programmes including Employee Engagement, Reward & Recognition, People Innovation, Corporate Health, Digital HR etc.

Previously, Philippe held Financial and Marketing roles respectively at L'Oréal and Fujifilm in Latin America and worked as well for two global Executive Search firms.

Philippe is an MBA graduate from HEC Montreal (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) in Canada with a Major in Marketing. French national, he is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
