He works across practices in strategic organizational design, enhancing organizational effectiveness, Merger and Acquisition, executive remuneration, reward strategy and management, integrated strategic HRM, and process improvement to deliver the results to his clients by focusing of business objectives and to ensure implementation.
Mr. Phongsiri holds a bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering from Chulalongkorn University. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was engaged in process improvement and supply chain management in Automotive and retail industries.
