Associate Client Partner
Poul Utzon is an Associate Client Partner and Nordic Head of Organization Strategy based in Korn Ferry’s Copenhagen office.
He has over 20 years’ experience creating results within strategy, organizational development and transformation.
Poul has extensive experience from working as a trusted advisor for global companies and across the value chain. In addition, he has held several VP roles in a global pharmaceutical company.

Poul is used to working in an international context and has lived in several European countries as well as the US.
He is keen on breaking down silos between organizational entities, cultures and geographical distances.
He has a strong academic background with a M.Sc. in Industrial Management supplemented with executive education at Harvard Business School, MIT and CBS.
