This includes Government Linked Companies, Conglomerates and MNCs as well as advising SMEs aspiring to make a shift to their next phase of growth.
Prashant has extensive experience in Board and Executive advisory focused on developing strategies for both steady and innovative growth.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he successfully led two consulting firms with a focus on Malaysia as well as Brunei and Philippines. He has also played the role of Chief Commercial Officer for South East Asia. Prior to relocating to Malaysia, he was based in Canada as well as India working on a cross-spectrum of consulting initiatives within the country and respective region.
He frequently speaks at public forums on diverse themes around People Strategy and Future of HR leveraging areas of expertise that include Rewards Strategy, Talent Management, HR Transformation, Employee Experience, HR Effectiveness, People alignment with Business for both established and M&A environments.
Prashant has a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from Amity Business School, India and a Master of Business Administration from University of East London, UK.
He is fluent in English and Hindi.
