Principal, CEO and Enterprise Leadership Development

As a member of the CEO and Enterprise Leadership Development (CED) practice, Quinn leads and supports engagements that accelerate the readiness of CEOs and CEO successors through participation in one of the CED practice’s enterprise leader development offerings (e.g., CEIs, ELIs, LeaderSuccession).

With a comprehensive background in human capital and organization transformation consulting, coupled with technological expertise and a flair for design, Quinn excels in devising captivating, original solutions and pioneering narratives, engaging clients and enabling them to exceed their objectives. In every engagement, Quinn blends originality and productivity, turning each client interaction into a compelling and influential adventure.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Quinn served as a strategic customer success partner and advisor to a broad spectrum of medium to enterprise-sized organizations at a tech startup. In this capacity, Quinn expertly managed and expanded 14 custom solutions across multi-workstream teams at BPOs, financial institutions, and insurance companies, significantly enhancing the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for these organizations through his strategic initiatives and guidance.

Prior to his experience in a start-up environment, Quinn managed high impact human capital projects in the commercial and government/public sector spaces at a Big Four consulting firm. His projects involved ideation through implementation of organizational transformation solutions. Quinn also served as a an internal SME on implementing learning technologies for organizational transformation projects/initiatives.

Quinn’s expertise includes learning and development, communications, change management, project management, and technologies implementation.

Quinn earned a B.A. in linguistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with completed coursework equivalent to a minor in Chinese.
