Principal, Organization Strategy
Quinn is a Principal in the Organization Strategy solution area of Korn Ferry with a focus on developing the CXO Impact Accelerator framework and its subsequent role-specific adaptations (e.g., CHROIA).
Before joining Korn Ferry, Quinn served as a strategic customer success partner and advisor to medium- to enterprise-sized organizations, comprising a total ARR of $1.5MM. Across his client organizations, Quinn managed and expanded 14 custom solutions over multi-workstream teams at BPOs, financial institutions and insurance companies.
Prior to his experience in a start-up environment, Quinn managed more than $1.4MM of high impact human capital projects in the commercial and government/public sector spaces at a leading consulting firm. His projects involved ideation through implementation of organizational transformation solutions. Quinn also served as a an internal SME on implementing learning technologies for organizational transformation projects/initiatives.
Quinn’s expertise includes change management, learning and development, project management, and technologies implementation.
Quinn earned a B.A. in linguistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with completed coursework equivalent to a minor in Chinese.
