All companies are affected by unexpected shifts in talent needs. These changes require united, anticipatory recruiting strategies to counteract the consequential strain on the business.
. As a Senior Executive Search Consultant, Rachael Arnold identifies solutions for both client companies and jobseekers for those fluctuations in talent demands. Her consultative approach designates her as a foremost partner for securing a new position or identifying ideal candidates.
From her former career as a classically trained, professional musician, Rachael understands that excellence in a performance comes only from meticulous precision at the front end. This strategy allows her to understand clients’ hiring needs at an unmatched level from the first consultation until the placement is made. Just as trust and collaboration is a key aspect in a musical partnership, listening closely to candidates solidifies her as a proximate resource in their search for a new role.
Rachael’s tenure as a professional musician segued into a successful career in retail management for Anthropologie and the URBN brand. She then combined her retail-honed, operational mindset with her performance-sharpened, collaborative strengths and entered corporate recruiting for a leading boutique search firm in Chicago. Rachael found a successful niche in the recruiting industry and eventually joined Lucas Group, A Korn Ferry Company in the Finance and Accounting division specializing in contract and interim solutions.
A graduate of East Carolina University, Rachael holds dual degrees in both music education and flute performance, as well as an advanced performance certification. In addition to studying with internationally acclaimed musicians, she performed in and conducted award-winning ensembles prior to her retirement from professional music. She has continued her commitment to excellence and was recognized as a member of the President’s Club in Lucas Group, A Korn Ferry Company within her first year.
