Senior Consultant, Korn Ferry Digital
Rakhim Abildayev is a Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Toronto office. As a member of Korn Ferry’s Digital Delivery team, he supports clients’ adoption of KF Digital products and manages multiple industry and custom surveys.
Rakhim partners with both Korn Ferry Digital clients and our Advisory practice to help organizations achieve their goals and overcome challenges, in alignment with their total remuneration philosophy, utilizing the digital suite, job architecture projects, and data analysis.
Rakhim joined the Korn Ferry advisory team in 2016 from financial industry where he worked as a research analyst. In 2021, Rakhim re-joined Korn Ferry Digital after completing his MBA.
Throughout his time at Korn Ferry, he has worked with clients in the Financial Industry, Healthcare, Health Insurance, Chemicals, Retail, and Public sectors, in Advisory projects developing job architecture and rewards policy, and most recently enabling clients in Korn Ferry’s Digital capabilities.
Rakhim holds a Bachelor degree in Finance from Kazguu University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from University of British Columbia with specialization in technology.
