Raquel works by meeting the needs of clients by proposing impactful solutions that encourage organizations to achieve their objectives in the short and long term. Over the last 9 years, she has collaborated with more than 100 clients in Mexico and Central America.
Raquel's field of expertise focuses on Organizational Design, Work and Career Architecture, Workforce Reward Strategies and Executive Pay & Governance practices, so her experience focuses on ensuring that human resources processes, organizational structure, positions and the value proposition to the employee, are in line with the objectives of the organizations. Parallel to her work as a consultant, she has been a professor at the Tecnológico de Monterrey for 10 years and directed a child development center for underprivileged children for more than 15 years.
Raquel graduated with honors in 2011 from Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Tecnológico de Monterrey and in 2013 obtained a Master's degree in Engineering with a Specialty in Quality and Productivity Systems from the same institution. In 2020 she completed the MIT Business Analytics Executive Program.
