She brings deep expertise in the Medical Device, Biotech, and Life Sciences sectors, and is a lead trainer within the Korn Ferry Search Innovation and Delivery Excellence in Execution team.

Prior to joining the Korn Ferry team, René was an Executive Recruiter within the Life Sciences field for a boutique firm for five years where she was a perennial President’s Club Winner with a strong knowledge of marketplace dynamics.

René also served as a National Director and Management leader within an international Life Sciences company.

Ms. Williams continually meets and exceeds her client's expectations by tailoring and implementing unique strategies and plans specific to their business and talent needs. Taking a proactive approach, she delivers a competitive advantage with a strong pipeline of passive talent and connections with industry leaders.

Ms. Williams earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University.  She is a member of the Society for Biotech Trainers and the National Association of Professional Women.
