Renee is a Senior Principal in the Healthcare practice at Korn Ferry, partnering with clients to deliver on their mission through people. Focus areas include physician compensation and alignment, organizational strategy, integration of legacy teams, and change management.

Bringing deep industry expertise, commitment to patients and clinicians, and first-hand knowledge of the opportunities faced by healthcare leaders, Renee employs a human-centered and practical approach to addressing strategic goals. An avid lifelong learner, Renee enjoys the rapidly-changing landscape of healthcare. She loves to find and deploy best-known practices and engineer creative solutions with diverse stakeholders.

Previously, Renee served as an administrator for a large academic health system, developed clinician engagement and development programs for health systems as part of a leading GPO, and led C-level customer programs for a global technology company.

Renee holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance, a master’s degree in Health Administration, and a certificate in Project Management. She also holds PMP, SHRM-SCP, and Prosci Change Management certifications. She is a long-term member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
