With more than three decades of recruiting experience, he remains motivated by the knowledge that his services improve the interests and lives of clients and the individuals for which he finds new opportunities. His experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and corporate accounting at a large publicly traded company and as an auditor in public accounting enables him to truly understand the unique needs of his clients.

Rich's experience with the Houston Finance & Accounting industry began in 1982. He was elected by his peers to serve a two-year term on Lucas Group’s Board of Directors and also served on the board of the Houston Chapter of CPA’s.  He has been awarded numerous awards during his tenure with the company and has been a speaker with the Texas Society of CPA’s.  Rich has also offered individualized career support through the job transition ministry at his church. A graduate of Ball State University, Rich holds a B.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

His commitment to improvement shines through in his personal life as well as Rich and his wife own a small cattle ranch west of Houston. Having renovated the 120 year-old farmhouse, he enjoys being there with his wife, son, neighbors, and friends.
