Senior Data Engineer, KF Institute

Senior Data Engineer responsible for supporting the KF Institute’s Data Platform, built using MS Synapse. It gives the KFI team access to prepared, cleaned and trusted data to support their varying needs and ultimately derive value from KornFerry’s data assets.

Richard has over 20 years’ experience data and software development.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Richard worked as Data Management consultant for Civica, specializing in BI solutions – advising their clients on the best way to manage their data and maximise business value from it. More recently Richard worked for GRIDSERVE, a UK based EV charging startup, helping them to grow their data capability and building a Synapse data platform.
