Richenda specialises in aligning people, culture and strategy to help organisations to thrive.

After an early career focused on strategy and business transformation, Richenda has spent the last 15 years specialising in the people, culture and behaviour change aspects of creating high performing organisations. She has extensive experience architecting and delivering change and  talent solutions, partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure the business and employee needs are being met.

She is a trusted strategic advisor, experienced team leader, qualified executive coach and facilitator working with organisations from the board to the front line. She combines a deep understanding of people development, culture and behaviour change with experience of business strategy, transformation and process change in large international organisations to drive impact and results.

Richenda’s work experience spans management consulting at Oliver Wyman, Corven and E&Y Consulting, and in-house business transformation roles at Merrill Lynch and Schroders. She established and managed the Oliver Wyman Leadership Club for C-suite clients a discussion club around key senior transformation topics and was director of the Corven leadership Network. She has authored several papers around the theme of Leadership and changing behaviour.

Richenda has a BA in History from Bristol University, a post graduate qualification from City University and has studied with the Tavistock Institute completing the Latimer Conference.

She is highly experienced coach, qualified with Meyler Campbell in 2010, a member of the World Ass of Business Coaches and accredited on a number of tools and diagnostics.
