Rishi’s focus is on recruiting senior-level executives for aviation and aerospace organizations. He has had broad project experience working across multiple functions including those in the C-Suite.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Rishi worked in management consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked within the Financial Services & Digital Practice.

Rishi holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategy, Marketing and Human & Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University as well as Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
