Riski Widyasari is a Principal at Korn Ferry Indonesia.

Riski has more than ten years of experience as a consultant focused on delivering workforce/ human resource related projects. Her background includes working with clients across various sectors, with a particular emphasis on the Public Sector and Financial Sectors.

She has successfully managed Culture Transformation projects in several prominent BUMN banks and a large-scale National Procurement Modernization project aimed at improving organizational capabilities through mentorship and training.

Riski has been involved in creation of training modules for both traditional classroom settings and innovative e-learning platforms. Her expertise extends to talent management systems and development of competency model designs.

Riski completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne, Australia followed by a Masters degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, concentrating in Human Resource and Organization at Cornell University.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Indonesia, Riski worked as a consultant at PwC Consulting Indonesia, with an extensive exposure serving clients across various industries, with a particular emphasis on the Public Sector and Financial Services.
