Rob is an experienced C-suite and Board-level advisor with the ability to develop strategy and drive core operations and enabling functions to enable clients to scale at pace.

Rob has a track record of working with investors, management, boards, and regulators on transactions, governance matters, strategic people and process drivers as well as leading and developing hi-performing teams.

With some  25+ years’ of experience in supporting European and US headquartered companies over multiple assignments across the people strategy spectrum, Rob has a focus on the biotech and life science sectors.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Rob was Chief Executive of a UK listed fintech organisation, where he was responsible for leading the company through a major transaction, having been promoted from Chief People Officer.

Prior to this, Rob worked in professional services, holding Senior Client Partner roles in the Big 4, as well as a leading advisory firm where he was EMEA life science consulting leader. Before entering the private sector, Rob trained as a psychologist.

Rob also has an interest in renewable energy and payments tech, and occasionally advises boards in this space.
