Robert joined the Korn Ferry business by way of Salo in July of 2023. As a naturally curious person, Robert likes to connect with clients to help solve their HR issues by matching them with HR consultants who have the expertise needed. He enjoys using his HR expertise to help clients to zero in on the right solution.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Robert spent over 20 years as an HR practitioner. He has always proven adept at working across the entire organization to identify, understand and solve HR issues.

For over 6 years, he worked for Insight Enterprises leading HR teams in Learning, Talent Development, Org Effectiveness, Benefits, Compensation & HRIS. Prior to this he spent 18 years at HSBC bank working across a variety of HR roles on N. American businesses and Global teams.

Robert attended the University of New Mexico where he got his BA in Economics. During the past 25 years, he has lived in many places across the US, including: New Mexico, Texas, California, Illinois, Ohio and Arizona. 

Robert lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife of 25 years and their 2 children. He is a passionate soccer Dad and an avid Liverpool fan. When he isn’t involved with soccer, he is hiking, running, biking, skiing, gardening or finding other excuses to be outdoors.
