With more than 20 years of experience, Robin is an expert in leading tailored leadership development programs that address the unique needs of clients.
Her expertise in program management and execution enables her to deliver impactful learning experiences while fostering strong, well-maintained client relationships. She partners with the team’s senior leaders to ensure that a project is planned and executed in a manner that exceeds client and internal team expectations.
She is responsible for supporting and driving the delivery of all project management phases of planning, design, and implementation of leadership and professional development engagements. This includes guiding the design of program materials, managing delivery resources, creating project plans, and monitoring financials.
Robin’s sense of concern for working well, and surpassing a standard of excellence, along with her interpersonal sensitivity & insight, has gained her the trust of her clients, both within Korn Ferry and externally. She has been nominated three (3) times for Acts of More Than, the company’s new (started in 2023) internal recognition program. This program is to recognize colleagues who have gone above and beyond, or taken on, and succeeded at a big project challenge.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Robin was the Manager of Administration for a professional services firm where she oversaw the administrative and IT support teams, and was responsible for facility operations, event planning, and worked closely with the General Manager to ensure the office ran smoothly and efficiently.
Robin holds a degree in business management from Penn College, an affiliate of Penn State.
