Associate Client Partner
Roslyn Wainwright is an Associate Client Partner with Korn Ferry’s Consulting practice, based in Sydney.
Ros leads complex, cross functional, client focused projects that achieve desired client outcomes. She is highly experienced in human capital consulting, enterprise learning and learning and educational strategy, with 20 years experience working across Asia Pacific. Ros has worked with many of Australia’s largest corporations, partnering with them to successfully design and deliver multilevel, end to end solutions. Her subject matter expertise ranges from strategy, digital transformation, innovation, leadership, culture, data analytics, behavioural science, future of work meta competencies and adaptability.
Most recently she led the UTS Futures Academy bringing together an AI-driven platform, skills gap analysis and curated microlearning, providing personalised learning experiences, large scale enterprise learning and upskilling and reskilling to meet organisational strategic people capability and FoW requirements. She co-developed innovative, experiential learning loop methodology based on principles of progressive mastery to achieve best practice learning that sticks for learning journeys from short microlearning/credentials to more extended 18-month programs that provide Graduate Certificate level qualifications. She is an expert at integrating best practice research, summative and formative assessment for credit, badging and diagnostics. Ros has also worked as Head of Corporate Programs at AGSM at UNSW and as a Director at large global human capital firms.
Ros is driven by excellence. She is consultative and agile and with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling her to analyse data to inform good decisions quickly. She has high energy and creates an inclusive, positive and high performing project cultures and effectively leads cross-functional ecosystems to execute complex and innovative, often multi-level solutions for clients.
Ros has an MBA from AGSM at UNSW Sydney and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons) from the University of Sydney.
