Sacha Trimbee is a Managing Consultant in the London Office of Korn Ferry, where she is a member of the firm’s Board & CEO Practice as well as the Global Retail and Consumer Practice.
Her primary focus is within the Retail, Fashion and wider Consumer sectors. She has worked for publicly listed, family and private/PE backed companies based in both the UK and more broadly internationally, working on senior executive search and CEO / C-suite leadership assessment projects.
Sacha has executed a wide-range of CEO, senior Executive Director and Non-Executive Director appointments, spanning several functional disciplines including General Management / Division President, Retail Operations, Supply Chain & Procurement, Buying & Merchandising, Ecommerce / Multichannel Directors, Marketing, Commercial / Trading.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Sacha worked for Heidrick & Struggles for over 10 years and was a core member of the Global Consumer Practice.
Earlier in her career, she worked within the Industry practice on senior level search and leadership development for industry and B2B sectors globally.
Sacha graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BA Honours Degree in International Management with French.
