Sagar has led diverse teams across the APAC region working at Citi and at Alexander Mann Solutions & Allegis Global for clients like Rolls Royce, Merck, Deutsche Bank and HSBC and helped build talent acquisition functions and set up RPOs across greenfield sites and scaled up established engagements delivering at executive, mid – junior volume & campus hiring levels.
Apart from corporate experience, he is an accomplished sportsperson having represented International cricket team of Singapore & age group representation with Maharashtra State, University of Pune & holding World record at associate level of scoring highest ever individual score of 219* in T20 cricket.
