Managing Partner, Legal Solutions
Sara is the Managing Partner of Legal Solutions in the Southeast. Due to her regional experience, Sara oversees a recruiting team with extensive knowledge of the legal market and trends focused on both attorneys and legal support staff, both in-house and at law firms, and on a permanent and/or interim basis.
When most people hear the word trending, they think social media. However, Sara Luksin takes trending to another level. She came to Lucas Group with expertise in the job market from working with both clients and candidates and brought an extensive established network with her. Sara consistently stays abreast of developments in her field while optimizing symbiotic hiring relationships. As an extremely competent recruiting professional, Sara is what some might call a “people person,” and whether you are a small, boutique firm or a large, Fortune 500 corporation, Sara finds the legal professionals you need efficiently and tactfully as she understands that every position is vital to an organization. Not one to force partnerships to form, she takes the time to make ideal, strategic matches for her clients and candidates. Passionate about staffing, she listens to and develops long-term relationships with all parties and shares honest feedback in order for them to make informed hiring and career decisions.
In the legal practice group, Sara specializes in contract solutions, sourcing attorneys on a contract basis for both firms and in-house positions as well as any legal support staff on a temporary and/or permanent basis.
Sara came to Lucas Group with seven years of permanent direct hire Accounting & Finance recruiting experience. During this time, she was a Top 5 producer in permanent billings across the region. She was also awarded the distinction of being an elite Member of the Branch of the Year for Highest Producing Branch and Top KPI producer. Her team is consistently one of the top legal solutions branches year over year. Sara’s track record of success together with her determination and honesty allow her to consistently provide positive, consultative guidance to her clients and candidates. Above all, she finds that changing the life of a candidate or helping a business succeed to be extremely impactful and fulfilling.
Always up for an exciting challenge, Sara is a Level 1 Certified Mahout (Elephant Trainer). She also donates her free time as an Alumni Relations Admissions Interviewer for her alma mater as well as enjoys attending Atlanta’s art festivals, trying new restaurants, rooting for the New England Patriots and traveling both domestically and internationally. When Sara is not out-and-about, she enjoys down time with her family and two dogs. She graduated from the University of Rochester with a B.S. in Economics, a minor in Italian Language Studies and completed the pre-medical track with distinction (cum laude). Her post-graduate work includes a Business Management Studies Certificate from William E. Simon Graduate School of Business.
