Principal Client Director

Ms. Maters is a member of Korn Ferry’s Digital North American Commercial Sales Team, joining in January 2023 as an experienced, enterprise SaaS sales professional, responsible for driving net-new business.

Ms. Maters has 15+ years of experience in enterprise-level SaaS solution selling. She is collaborative, self-motivated,  and goal-oriented, with proven success in handling complex business deals, aligning key stakeholders, and driving revenue, while delivering business results for customers. Ms. Maters’ strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills have enabled trusted relationships with the C-Suite at many top, global brands.

Prior to joining the firm, she held various positions with best-of-breed organizations like Oracle Corporation, Adobe, Google, NBC Universal, and Time Warner. Her previous experience, knowledge of the partner eco-system, and leadership of SaaS customer experience (marketing, advertising, sales & service) application sales will be a valuable asset to Korn Ferry’s digital organization.

Ms. Maters is passionate about collecting new stamps in her passport, spending time with friends & family, all things motherhood, volunteer work, fitness, reading, and experiencing new restaurants and cuisines. She hails originally from the Midwest, growing up in suburban Detroit, graduating with a BA from Michigan State University, and after spending almost a decade in Chicago, has called New York City home since 2015, where she resides with her family.
