Sarah specializes in helping organizations achieve their strategic priorities through the alignment, accelerated performance, and committed leadership of people. She is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to architect solutions in Leadership Development and Organizational Strategy.
Throughout her career, Sarah has also specialized in developing inclusive leadership practices and organizational cultures. Her work in Diversity & Inclusion has affected positive and measurable organizational change, enabling clients to more effectively promote cultural competence, build communities across difference, attract, develop and retain diverse talent; and improve workplace culture.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Sarah served as a key innovator, contributor, and strategist for Linkage’s global advancing women leader’s practice. Her passion and intention around the development of women has helped shape contemporary practices around formalized sponsorship, paving the way for organizations to realize the full potential of their talent.
Sarah has worked extensively across industries, with deep experience in life sciences, healthcare, hi-tech, finance, entertainment, and consumer products.
Sarah earned her a BA in Communications at the University of New Hampshire, with a focus on media, cultural studies and business. She has received professional certifications in HR, OD and LD, and has led teams, client assignments, and organizational transformation efforts in over 25 Fortune 500 organizations around the globe.
