Ms. Conway brings 15+ years of experience partnering with hospital and health system executives to attract, retain, and inspire top talent. She has partnered with a diverse portfolio of provider organizations, including multi-facility health systems, academic medical centers, medical groups, critical access hospitals, and ambulatory networks.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Conway led the growth and management of the engagement survey business within a leading healthcare consulting firm. In this role, she worked with healthcare leaders in analyzing and interpreting key workforce metrics across multiple areas (employee and physician engagement, culture of safety, patient experience, clinical quality, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and implement strategies focused on building a high-performance workforce culture. Her areas of focus included change management, effective communication, and leadership development.
Ms. Conway received her Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Economics from the University of Virginia.
