Mr. Hensarling's career has focused on key partnerships with global senior teams and organizations to drive sustainable change and impact. In his work with Boards and senior teams, he has delivered transformational results through some of the most challenging stakeholder, team and organizational contexts.
Over the last 5 years, Mr. Hensarling and his team have successfully delivered on multiple CEO succession projects with leading organizations in Asia Pacific. He has also recently supported a global FMCG organization on a multi-billion dollar acquisition in the United States and a global Industrial organization on a multi-billion dollar demerger.
Mr. Hensarling's expertise and focus with clients includes Top Team effectiveness, Senior Leader Development, High Performance Culture Shaping and Executive Coaching.
He also coaches and mentors senior executives across a broad range of industries. He has developed an extensive global network of coaches prepared to respond to client needs. A particular demand of both himself and his partner coaches is a versatility across multiple coaching methodologies backed by practical P & L leadership experience.
Mr. Hensarling trained in Psychology at the University of Texas at Arlington, completed a Harvard Leadership programme and currently pursues a Master's in Professional Development with Middlesex University.
In his early career he worked with investment groups to develop and scale retail brands and businesses across Asia. He has lived in 10 countries globally and leverages his understanding of people and culture to assist leadership teams in maximising impact against an increasingly complex and competitive landscape.
