Serena joined Lucas Group Military in 2006, and quickly established herself as a premier national account partner to businesses across a variety of industries, including oil and gas, industrial, defense, manufacturing, food and beverage, and retail operations.

Serena exhibits a genuine interest and honest appreciation for the details, the similarities, and the differences among her client companies, and she provides hiring solutions that meet the individual challenges and opportunities her clients face in today’s competitive marketplace. From manufacturing and operations leadership to highly skilled technicians and engineers, Serena presents professional candidates who not only meet, but exceed, the expectations of hiring companies and who reliably deliver positive business results, both immediate and long-term.

Her abounding energy and devoted focus serve her well outside the office walls as well, where she is kept busy with her two young children. Serena holds a BA in Studio Art-Graphic Design from DePauw University in Indiana and has enjoyed being an active soccer player, snow skier, engaging youth coach, and Sunday School teacher for many years.
