Serkan has been heavily involved in driving organizational performance through establishing effective organization design and incentive / reward strategy and talent management frameworks to channel the organization towards achievement of mission critical objectives.
Mr. Sener has been involved in facilitation of several programs that enhance the leadership team's and leaders' capabilities while aligning them to the company's strategic direction both nationally and internationally.
Mr. Sener works as an Associate Client Partner with Korn Ferry Korn Ferry and heads the Scandinavian Reward Business. Serkan has historically served several multinational clients in different settings across US, EMEA and APAC.
Mr. Sener's experiences address a wide area of solutions integrating talent and career management, sales force effectiveness, reward strategy formulation, job evaluation frameworks, career architecture, performance management and organizational effectiveness.
Mr. Sener has served clients from a variety of sectors including financial services, professional services, industrials, technology and energy.
Mr. Sener currently is a member of the global Financial Services network and a member of Leadership Development; Workforce and Talent Management ; Total Rewards and Sales Force Effectiveness Networks.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sener managed sizable engagements at the Chicago offices of Mercer and Sibson Consulting focusing on executive remuneration, incentive design and sales force effectiveness. He also worked at the Istanbul office of PricewaterhouseCoopers as a consultant. Mr. Sener holds a CPA title.
He holds an MBA degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University. Mr. Sener is fluent in English.
