I joined the Sales & Marketing team at Lucas Group in 2014 and was quickly promoted to Senior Partner and continue to place Sales & Marketing talent in the Consumer Product sector throughout the transition to Korn Ferry. Prior to this, I was recruited into the industry by Govig & Associates in April of 2002 as an Account Executive on their Construction and Real Estate Development team and was recognized as a Rookie of the Year by Management Recruiters International (MRI). I attained the Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) designation in June of 2004 and was promoted to Vice President. I was recognized as a pacesetter, which is an elite status within this worldwide organization.

Prior to joining Govig, I enjoyed a very successful career in various management roles including Area Trainer, Regional Supervisor, and International Franchise Consultant with Jenny Craig International.
