Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Shayne has lead solutions for Baiada, PayPal and Gartner, with deep experience in consulting and platform solutions.

These synergies provide the basis for Shayne’s appointment as the solution is delivered to the market and the expected expansion across multiple segments.

With over 12 years of sales experience, Shayne is a highly energetic, motivated, results driven professional with experience in Enterprise Leadership, Enterprise Business Development, Enterprise Relationship Management, Analytics and Solution Sales Execution.

Shayne is a strategic leader specialising in scaling high functioning sales teams for blue chip organisations. Shayne is an advocate for team cohesion, team empowerment and developing and sustaining cross functional relationships with internal stakeholders as well as with an extensive client base.

Shayne holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
