She is experienced in leadership development program design, executive psychometric, behavioural and cognitive assessment, coaching, succession planning, organisational development, high-potential identification, and competency modelling.

Over the past 8 years, she has worked across a diverse range of clients, including global listed and private organisations in banking, insurance, and diversified financial services, industrials, resources, and utilities, technology, consumer goods and services, telecommunications and media, health and life sciences, education, NFPs and the public sector.

She is focused on diagnosing complex problems and uncovering predictive, actionable insight to deliver creative and contextualised solutions.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Sherly developed a strategy of interventions to elevate mental health, psychological safety and wellbeing, and manage psychosocial risks for Australia’s largest retail supply chain. She also specialised in senior executive search engagements, delivering market research, performance and Board reporting, workshop facilitation and debriefs.

Sherly holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Services degree with High Distinction from the University of Wollongong.
